Preheat a #griddle{} or #large skillet{} over medium heat, and spray lightly with nonstick cooking spray or melt a pat of @butter{1%tbsp}.

In a #shallow baking dish{}, whisk together lightly beaten @eggs{4%large}, @whole milk{1/2%cup}, @heavy whipping cream{1/2%cup}, and @pure vanilla extract{2%tsp} until fully combined.

In a separate small bowl, whisk together @granulated sugar{2%tbsp} and @ground cinnamon{1%tsp}. Add cinnamon sugar mixture to the egg mixture and whisk vigorously until smooth.

Soak each slice of @day-old Texas toast{8%slices} in the egg mixture for ~soak{30%seconds} on each side, allowing excess batter to drip off into the dish.

Place soaked bread on the hot griddle and cook until golden brown and toasted on the underside, about ~cook{3%to 4%minutes}. Flip with a #spatula{} and cook other side until golden, ~{3%minutes}.

Serve warm immediately with pure @maple syrup{}, @powdered sugar{}, and fresh @berries{1%cup}.\n
